U.S.Ambassador to Kenya Mr. Kyle McCarter met sharp criticisms from Kenyans on twiter(KOT) for supporting President Uhuru's statement on youth employment and university degrees.
''H.E. is right. One more masters degree does not necessarily improve your chances of a well paying job. Vijana, if you don’t see a way forward don’t run away. Jitafutie njia ya kuwa Jobs or Gates wa Kenya'' Ambassador Kyle McCarter posted on his Twitter account. However majority of Kenyans found this offensive and resorted to a heated debate with the Ambassador, in some cases Mr. Kyle was forced to respond by clarifying and defending his statements.
